Next-generation solar cells with ultra-high efficiency and low cost

In order to realize ultra-efficient and low-cost solar cells for the next generation of energy, we are conducting multifaceted research, from experimental approaches such as material search and optimization using MBE (Molecular Beam Epitaxy) crystal growth technology, characterization, and development of spectroscopic and electrical measurement methods, to theoretical approaches such as numerical calculations.
