Radar imaging and sensing have a variety of applications such as earth observation for environmental preservation, automated driving and physiological measurement. They extend their world more and more since electromagnetic wave makes it possible to visualize invisibles. We combine this function with “brain-type” signal/information processing based on our novel neural networks to realize safe and secure society.

Both personal computers we use in our daily life and supercomputers scientists use are excellent in their works, from which we enjoy great benefit. However, their bases are very different from those of our brain. Is it possible for human beings to develop a system based on the brain essentials? YES! We, the lab members, actually focus on building a new framework to realize essentials of “brain-type” processing. We also develop required devices and attractive applications.
