SEM室入室方法
SEM room entry procedure

SEM室の入室の予約(入場・退場時間、利用装置)をし、入室マニュアルと退室マニュアルを確認する。

当日、検温し健康自己管理シートに記録しておく。

Access Health Management Report Form and enter their body temperature and information on their physical condition in the following report form.

SEM室入室届フォーム SEM room entry form

階段（エレベーター利用の場合は2人以下の利用）で地下1階へ移動する。
ドア外でアルコールより手指を消毒後、B2C3室を開錠して入室する。（1室定員4名）
備え付けスリッパに履き替える。（靴下着用必須・裸足は禁止）
手袋着用し、実験室の入場記録記入する。
利用装置毎のlogging Sheetへ記入し装置利用開始する。（装置利用定員2名）

Go to the first basement floor with stairs or use an elevator with no more than two people.
Wash your hands with alcohol in front of the door and make sure there are no more than people in the room including yourself before entering the room.
*The maximum allowed for the room is 4.
Change to slippers, no barefoot.
Put on gloves. Fill out the Laboratory entry record.
Fill out the logging sheet. Two or less people use the equipment.

SEM室退室方法
SEM room exit procedure

通常通りの手順にて装置利用を終了する。
備え付けアルコールでデータコピー用USB、キーボード、マウス及びデスクを拭く。
実験室退室記録に記入する。
手袋を実験室出口指定のごみ箱へ捨て、マスクは着用のまま退出する。

Use the equipment as usual.
Wipe the data copy USB, keyboard, mouse and desk with the provided alcohol.
Fill out the Laboratory exit record.
Throw away the gloves in the dedicated trash can in front of the door. Go home with the mask on.
