クリーンルーム入室方法
CR entry procedure
CR入室の予約(入場・退場時間、利用装置)をする。
CR usage reservation (entry, exit, equipment).
クリーンルームの感染症対策ルールを確認しておく。
Read the infectious disease rule.
当日、検温し健康自己管理シートに記録しておく。
Check body temperature, fill out the health check sheet.
東京大学新型コロナウイルス感染症 健康管理報告サイトにログインし、健康状態を入力する。
※U-Tokyoアカウントをお持ちでない方は、武田先端知ビルで入稿許可証にサインした上で3階の管理室までお越しください。U-Tokyoアカウントを発行します。
Access Health Management Report Form and enter their body temperature and information on their physical condition in the following report form.
入室届フォームに入力する。(休止中)
Access and complete Takeda CR entry form.
入口の手指消毒器で消毒、もしくはトイレで石鹸を使用して手を洗う。（入り口に印刷した入室届を置いてます。）
In Takeda bldg. 1F, wash your hands with alcohol or with water and soap in the toilets.
一階ホールで待機し、CR入口、前室、控室、更衣室が二人以下か確認する。(サーモグラフィにより体温を監視しています)
Still at the 1st floor, check on the monitor the situation at the CR entrance, the front room, the waiting room, the dressing room.Get your body temperature monitored by thermography.
モニター前のサニメント手袋を両手にはめる。
Put on saniment gloves (in front of the monitor).
地下２階へ移動する。(2人以下の少人数で移動すること)
非接触カード在室記録システムに東大IDカードをスキャンする。
入退室のタイムテーブルに従い、CRの前室に入室する。
Go down to basement 2 (2 persons max *).
Put your paper entry notification in the box. Scan your UTokyo ID card on the contactless card scan system.
Check entry/exit timetable and enter the front room.
控室に入室し、クリーニング済みのクリーンスーツ、フード、ブーツを用意する。
※週に二回以上CRを利用される場合、袋に入れて自分専用のスーツを保管してください。
Enter the waiting room, take new clean suit, hood and boots.
* If you will be using CR more than twice a week, keep your own suit in a zippered bag.
更衣室に入室し、マスクを外す(保管する場合はマスク袋持参)。
サニメント手袋を外し、手洗い、CR用手袋装着、CR用マスク着用、CRスーツ着用、手袋の上から手洗いを順に行う。
一人ずつ、エアシャワーを通ってCRに入室する。
Enter the dressing room, take off your mask and put it in a personal bag if you want to keep it for later, take off the saniment gloves, wash your hands, put on CR gloves, put on CR mask, put on CR clothes, wash your hands (with gloves). Enter the air shower (one person at a time). Enter the CR. * Always keep a distance of 2m between people.
クリーンルーム退室方法

更衣室、控室は最大2名、前室は最大3名で通過する。（マスク、手袋ははずさない）
ヘビーユーザーでない方（クリーンルームを週に二日以上使用しない方）は、CRスーツは一回のみの着用にし、使用後、更衣室から控え室に移動し青コンテナへ入れ、一回毎クリーニングに出す。
ヘビーユーザーの方(クリーンルームを週に二日以上使用する方)は、スーツと帽子を同じ透明袋に入れ、靴はもう一つの透明袋に入れる。名札をそれぞれの袋に入れて、袋は緑のバスケットに入れて棚に保管する。５日着用したら、スーツ、帽子、靴を青いコンテナに入れてクリーニングに出す。
非接触カード在室記録システムに東大IDカードをスキャンする。
手袋はエレベーター前で専用ゴミ箱に捨て、マスクは着用したまま退館する。
Go out through the dressing room, the waiting room and the front room. 2 persons max. Keep your mask and gloves.
Not Heavy Users: Users that are not using the CR at least two days a week, please put the suit in the blue container for cleaning.
Heavy users: Heavy users that enter the CR at least two days a week, put the clean suit and hood in the same bag. Put the boots in another bag. Include a name tag into each bag so that it is visible.
(Store two bags in the green basket and put the green basket on the shelf.)
Put the clean suit in the blue container for the cleaning after using 5 days.
Scan your UTokyo ID card on the contactless card scan system.
Throw away the gloves in the dedicated trash can in front of the elevator. Keep your mask with you.
Go up to the first floor (2 persons max)
* Heavy users can use the suits several time
