Technical consultation Technical issues are discussed in a meeting. The following points are explained:
- purpose of use (commercial use is not possible)
- about the nanotechnology platform
- the policy of UTokyo base
- choice of the type of use, concrete assistance, assignment of the person in charge

独立して利用するためには、クリーンルーム講習（月1回開講）またはリフレッシュおよび新人講習会（毎年5月開催）を受講する必要があります。化学物質を扱う場合、環境安全講習会・見学会を受講して頂きます。

You need to take a CR short course (planned monthly) or the refresh course and course for newcomers organized in May.If you plan to use chemicals, you also need to attend to the Environmental Science Center (ESC) course and to the visit of the ESC's facilities.

入室資格者や支援員のアテンド（有料）があれば、すぐにでも入室し装置を利用することができます。 装置は、一部を除きPCから予約して利用します。利用後は、クリーンルーム内のiPodまたはPCからログシステムに利用量を自己申告します。利用料金計算書がメールで届きますので、内容確認後返信ください。請求書類が送付されます。

If you are accompanied by a qualified CR user or a supporting staff (fee-charging), you can immediately enter the CR and use the machines. Most of the machines reservation is done by computer. Paper log sheet must be completed when a machine is used. Then the use of the machine is reported by yourself on the iPods or computer in the CR. The utilization charge account is sent by email. Please reply after checking the content. The billing is attached. As a general rule, it is sent on end of September, December, January, February, March, but monthly is OK too.

A4 1枚の利用報告書をご提出頂きます。文部科学省から支援を受けて安価な料金を実現できておりますので、提出は必須です。未提出の場合、料金はおよそ公開の３倍になります。

A simple report of use on one A4 page is requested. Low prices are made possible thanks to the support of MEXT, so the report submission is indispensable. (if the use must be kept private, the price is about 3 times higher than public use).
